Study on application of water-blocking grouting to Lingnan TBM construction section of Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Valley Water Diversion Project
摘要
Abstract
The reverse slope construction is applied to Lingnan (South of Qinling mountains) TBM construction section of Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Valley Water Diversion Project,in which all the gushing water from the tunnel is discharged out with large power water pumps step by step.Under the impacts from the factors of the arrangement of the draining facilities, space of the tunnel, power supply, project investment, etc.as well as the objective conditions of the longer TBM excavation section and the construction adits, the interference and impact from the gushing water on the construction are quite large, especially the large concentrated gushing water can greatly threaten the safeties of workers and equipment therein. In order to ensure the construction safety and the smooth excavation of TBM,a construction principle of "mainly blacking and combining blocking with draining" is made for the treatment of the gushing water occurred in that construction section, for which a mode of combining the conventional dual-slurry water-blocking grouting with special material grouting is adopted for blocking the concentrated water gushing point. The result shows that the water-blocking groutings are carried out for 8 sections with large water gushing and concentrated gushing points, for which the actual blocked rates are over 99%,thus meet the blocking standard made beforehand. The method can provide a reference for TBM construction of the similar project.关键词
