摘要

Abstract

For preventing the local vacuum damages in the pumping station pipeline system,the control modes,such as the local manual control,local PLC automatic control,local hard-wired automatic control,remote control,etc.,are analyzed herein by taking the linkage control of the vacuum breaker valves for siphon outlet conduit as the study object,and then the linkage working mechanism of the vacuum breaker valves is studied.In accordance with the actual case of Miyun Reservoir Regulation and Storage Project for Incoming Water from South-to-North Water Diversion Project,the study result shows that the protection of pumping-unit during the normal operation and emergency shutdown can be effectively realized through adding hard wire to the soft starter and arranging push-button box for the solenoid valve,while the time for open and close of the vacuum breaker valve is determined to be 10s when operation of pump stopping.The scheme for the linkage control of the vacuum breaker valves during the normal operation and emergency shutdown of pumping-unit has a certain reference significance for the design,operation and control of the similar siphon project concerned.
