基于灰色理论的海上风电机组齿轮箱故障模式及影响分析
Grey theory-based analysis on failure mode of offshore wind turbine gearbox and its impact

Abstract
Aiming at the uncertainty of the conventional method that the analysis on the failure mode of offshore wind turbine and its impact cannot be considered and the defect of that the accurate failure mode and its risk level cannot be obtained,the adoption of fuzzy method and grey theory can provide a theoretical basis for the status evaluation and preventive maintenance during its operation and maintenance.The three basic variables,i.e.probability of occurrence,severity and detectivity,in the method for the analysis made on the failure mode and its impact are described with the fuzzy linguistic term set,and then the triangular fuzzy number is selected for making the fuzzy linguistic term quantitative calculation and defuzzification on the grey correlations of all the failure modes,thus the risks are ordered,in which the relative importance among all the decisionmaking factors of the failure modes is considered as well.The result from the analysis made by taking the gearbox of an offshore wind turbine as an actual case shows that the calculation model can identify failure of the offshore turbine more precisely than that from the conventional method concerned,and then the allocation of the maintenance resources for offshore wind turbines can be optimized.关键词
