膀胱过度活动症对帕金森病病人生活质量的影响
Influence of overactive bladder on quality of life of patients with Parkinson's disease

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of overactive bladder on the quality of life in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods:A total of 57 cases of inpatients and outpatient with Parkinson's disease were selected in our hospital by convenient sampling method.They received a questionnaire survey with overactive bladder score(OABSS) and the quality of life in Parkinson's disease questionnaire(PDQ39),at the same time also baseline data of patients was collected.Single factor and multi factor analysis were used to analyze the influence of the general situation and the demographic data on their quality of life.Results:Nocturnal urination, urgency and urgency urinary incontinence were positive related to sports function,self-care ability,sense of shame and social communication in quality of life of patients with Parkinson's disease(P<0.05);duration of disease,ADL score,constipation,number of urination at night,number of urgency,number of urinary incontinence were influencing factor of quality of life of of patients with Parkinson's disease in different areas.duration of disease,ADL score,constipation explained the 19.3%~37.7% variance of sports function,self-care ability,sense of shame and social communication in quality of life.After controlling the basic variance,the explaining intensity of number of urination at night,the number of urgency and the number of urinary incontinence increased the 8.8%~18.8% for above field.Conclusions:Parkinson's disease patients with nocturia,urgency and incontinence seriously affected the motor function self-care ability and emotional and social communication ability.Nurses should pay attention to nursing of urination disorders in patients with Parkinson disease and improve the quality of life.关键词
