级点值晋级法在护士分级管理中的应用

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of level value method in the promotion of nursing grading management.Methods:From the position of human resource management evaluation theory,the nurse level value promotion theory was designed by the point factor method combined with the clinical competency of nurses.According to the development needs of the hospital,set different weights,according to different weights,each indicator set different points and different grades.Each score indicators elements corresponding to the transverse and longitudinal cross was the level of the nurses the index value.Each index value was the total level of the cumulative sum of the value level of nurses.The total level of value to reach the corresponding level of nurse score allowed the promotion,so as to determine the nurse grading.Results:In accordance with the "level of value promotion,according to the level of posts,according to the post paid" principle,the implementation of the "grade change point level,level post,salary changes",the recognition degree of nurses was significantly higher than that of traditional classification management.Conclusions:Level value method in the promotion management system of nurse subjectiveness was less,could objectively reflect the actual nursing ability,and operability was strong.关键词
