摘要

Abstract

[Objective]In order to explore the law of photosynthesis,with Zaoba pear and Yuluxiang pear,the most representative new varieties,as the research object.[Methods]The photosynthetic indexes (including net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration) of two pear varieties were determined by portable photosynthesis system Li-6400.[Results]The results showed that net photosynthetic rate of Yuluxiang pear was higher than Zaoba pear's under the same light intensity,the diurnal variation curves of net photosynthetic rate exhibited asymmmetrical double-peak type and there were obvious midday depression of photosynthesis for two pear varieties;The diurnal variation curves of CO2 concentration in the cells appeared double-valley type;The diurnal variation curves of the stomatal conductance、transpiration rate and water use efficiency presented double-peak type.The light compensation point of Yuluxiang pear (66.8 μmol· m-2 · s-1) was higher than Zaoba Pear.(47.3 μmol · m-2 ·s-1).Light saturation point of Yuluxiang pear (1 300 μmol· m-2 ·s-1) was lower than Zaoba pear (1 487.5μmol· m-2 ·s-1).[Conclusion]Zaoba pear could use the light energy efficiently under the weak light.Net photosynthetic of two pear varieties had positive correlation with transpiration rate and stomatal conductance,had negative correlation with intercellular CO2 concentration.There were no significant different of net photosynthetic rate,significant different of transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration among two pear varieties.
