摘要

Abstract

[Objective]This paper is to seek the best fertilizing model of reclamation soil in the collapse mining area.[Methods]Explored the effect of applying chemical fertilizer,manure and bacterial fertilizer on soil respiration and microbial biomass CN reclaimed for different years in the subsidence area,based on long-term experiment in Xiangyuan County,Shanxi Province.[Results]The results showed that different fertilizer treatment could improve the corn soil respiration rate during jointing stage,heading stage and maturity stage and have significant differences compared with CK,except for chemical fertilizer.Compared with application of chemical fertilizer,the soil respiration rate in 1a 3a and 7a of reclamation increased 190.36%,148.25%,121.45% with combined application of manure and bacterial fertilizer.Compared with CK,different fertilizer treatment could increase the soil microbial biomass C and N remarkably.The soil microbial biomass C and N of combined application of manure and bacterial fertilizer was highest,reaching 150.67,184.54,260.21 mg·kg-1 and 9.95,14.94,16.60 mg·kg-1.[Conclusion]In conclusion,combined application of manure and bacterial fertilizer can be used as the best optimal model of reclamation soil in the mining subsidence area.
