Abstract
Objective: To compare the CTPA imaging features of pulmonary hypertension in patients with idiopathic pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary embolism, and to summarize the experience of diagnosis.Methods: A case-control study, screening of patients with pulmonary embolism, selected 44 cases of pulmonary obstruction, diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension 22 cases were pulmonary artery angiography, contrast index.Results: idiopathic pulmonary artery hypertension pulmonary artery CT and left pulmonary artery CT level was lower than that of pulmonary embolism, the main pulmonary artery diameter, pulmonary artery diameter, rPA higher than that of pulmonary embolism, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: The pressure level of idiopathic pulmonary hypertension is higher, which is usually expressed as the change of pulmonary artery diameter, CT value has a certain value in the differential diagnosis.关键词
