摘要

Abstract

MoNiP/Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by loading Mo-Ni on γ-Al2O3 support and adding organic compounds with different functional groups,and were characterized by means of H2-TPR,XRD,Raman spectrum,CO adsorbed IR spectrum,XPS and HRTEM.The hydrogenation activities of the catalysts for wax oil were evaluated under the reaction conditions of 11.0 MPa,volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 700 ∶ 1,reaction temperature 370 ℃ and LHSV 1.0 h-1.The results showed that,the addition of the compounds,especially amide organic compound,not only promoted more Mo species to form octahedral coordinated multi-core polyoxomolybdic acid by improving the distribution of hydroxyl on the γ-Al2O3 support surface,but also increased the dispersion and sulphidity of the Mo species on the Mo-Ni/Al2O3 catalysts by weakening the interaction between the γ-Al2O3 support and the active metals,which resulted in more "Mo-Ni-S" active sites and higher hydrogenation activity of the catalysts.The catalyst with the amide organic compound showed higher activity in the aromatics saturation,hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation of the wax oil.
