单宁酸改性水性聚氨酯的制备及其性能
Synthesis and properties of waterborne polyurethane modified by tannic acid

Abstract
Waterborne polyurethane(WPU) emulsions were prepared by a prepolymer process with 2,2-dimethylolbutanoic acid(DMBA) as the hydrophilic chain extender and tannic acid(TA) as the crosslinking agent.TA and the WPU emulsions were characterized by means of FTIR,XRD and TG.The effects of TA content on the thermal stability,solvent resistance,mechanical properties and particle size of the WPU emulsions were investigated.The experimental results showed that TA had been introduced into the main chain of WPU and the thermal stability of WPU modified by TA had been enhanced.When the TA content increased from 0 to 0.90%(w),the elongation at break of the WPU films decreased from 333.38% to 241.27%,the tensile strength increased from 4.60 MPa to 8.58 MPa,the water absorption decreased from 55% to 24.6%,and the particle size of the emulsions increased from 37.51 nm to 42.18 nm.The modified WPU can meet the requirement of sustainable polymer materials and can be applied to environmental protection field.关键词
