循证医学的嵌入式知识服务模式研究
Model Research of Embedded Knowledge Service for Evidence-Based Medicine
摘要
Abstract
After the elements research of the embedded knowledge service in the field of medical,this paper aims to do a model building research of embedded knowledge service about the clinical diagnosis and treatment process based on evidence-based medicine in the field of medical.The paper regards the theory and the framework of evidence-based medicine as basement,the concept of clinical pathway as purpose,the relevant technologies and resources of embedded knowledge service as fulcrum,the clinical problems such as prevention,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis as embedding points.The research combines with the model component of embedded knowledge service to make information or knowledge which was offered by the embedded librarian embedded in the embedding points of climcal diagnosis and treatment process,and analysis the embedding points based on the model of evidence-based medicine.This research can make this process more universal and improve the efficiency of clinical diagnosis and treatment.What's more,this paper can provide theories,methods and means for subsequent research of embedded knowledge service and promote the further development of embedded knowledge service in the medical field.关键词
