试论媒介融合背景下网络作品传播者的权利保护
A Tentative Study on the Protection of Network Disseminators in the Context of Media Convergence

Abstract
Coming along with the reform of dissemination means, copyright law, a document of enumeration, cannot meet the maximize needs of network disseminators. Three problems, including frequent lawful rights infringed of portal sites, the insufficient protection of database owners and the claims of social creators were not valued, were pointed out on the basis of analyzing protection status of network disseminators, and solutions to the problems will focus in a combination of rights protection and authorization, establishing multiple protection mechanism and introducing elastic authorization approaches.关键词
