新的囊胚活检方法——囊胚活检不再纠结和繁琐
A novel method making blastocyst biopsy simple and controllable
摘要
Abstract
Blastocyst biopsy is a prerequisite for PGD & PGS and single gene disorder diagnosis.At present,zona pellucida opening and partially trophectoderm (TE) cell hatching are needed before blastocyst biopsy.It causes that blastocyst hatching time is uncertain,and the inner cell mass is in abnormal position,or blastocyst is hatched prematurely.All these bring the difficulties to blastocyst biopsy,and may also affect the final clinical outcome of biopsied blastocyst transplantation.The new blastocyst biopsy method does not need zona pellucida opening before biopsy,only utilizes the zona pellucida binding force itself to reduce the laser wound,which makes biopsy more simple and controllable,and also improves the clinical outcomes of biopsied blastocyst transfer to some extent.关键词
