摘要
Abstract
Treatment of diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) and poor ovarian response (POR) is difficulty in the process of the assisted reproductive technology (ART).In recent years,some studies reported that pretreatment of various types of androgen including testosterone and dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) can increase the number of retrieved oocytes,and improve embryo quality,pregnancy rate and live birth rate in ART treatment of women with DOR or POR.However,some studies have objections that administration of androgen fails to improve ovarian reserve and the clinical outcome in the patients undergone IVF treatment.Research progress of DHEA supplementation in patients with DOR is reviewed in this paper.关键词
