摘要
Abstract
In this paper,graphene was prepared by Hummers method.In the present study,the effect of different content of graphene oxide and different sintering processes on the anisotropic growth and the density of the ceramics was studied by using the theory of complex phase ceramics.Al2O3 ceramics were prepared by vacuum hot pressing sintering method.By means of hardness test,friction and wear test,density measurement,SEM,XRD,Raman scattering and other analytical methods,the composition analysis of the samples and the observation of the morphology and microstructure of the samples were observed.In the end,the experimental study and discussion on various factors which influence the preparation of Al2O3 ceramics.关键词
