摘要

Abstract

This paper studies the dredged mud and waste porcelain,the dosage of the glass powder on the properties of permeable brick,determine the basic formula of permeable brick,and further discusses the firing system,the molding pressure,bone grain size effect on the performance dredged mud was determined by the experiment of the basic formula for:dredging mud 25%,waste porcelain 60%,glass powder 15%,in aggregate particle size was 1.00~1.70 mm,the molding pressure of 10 MPa,1 100 ℃ under the sintering temperature of heat preservation for 20 minutes,the formation of the permeable brick compressive strength up to 60 MPa,permeable coefficient is 6.38 × 10-2 cm/s.The increase of sintering temperature may improve the compressive strength of specimen,and at 1 100 ℃,dredging mud permeable brick maximum permeable coefficient;as the heat preservation time longer,molding pressure and bone grain size decreases,and the compressive strength of permeable brick,permeable coefficient decreased.
