秘宝软胶囊改善便秘作用研究
Study on Improving Constipation Function of Mibao Soft Capsule
摘要
Abstract
To study the regulation function of Mibao soft capsule on constipated mice.Continuous oral administration for 7 days in high,middle and low dose of Mibao soft capsule to observe the influence on mice body weight,then each group was given compound diphenoxylate by intragastric administration to develop constipation mice model.High,middle and low dose groups were given Mibao soft capsule again,compared the mice intestine ink advance distance,ink progradation rate in intestine,The time of first defecating dark stool,the number and weight of dark stool for 6 hours with model control.Results There are no significant differences between all aspects of low dose group and model control,intestine ink advance distance,ink progradation rate in intestine of middle dose group was increased(P ＜0.05),The time of first defecating dark stool was shorten(P ＜ 0.05),There are no significant difference of the number and weight of dark stool for 6 hours between middle dose group and model control (P ＞ 0.05).The mice intestine ink advance distance,ink progradation rate in intestine (P ＜ 0.01),the number(P ＜ 0.05)and weight(P ＜ 0.01)of dark stool for 6 hours were increased,the time of first defecating dark stool was shorten (P ＜ 0.01)of high-dose group.Mibao soft capsule has obvious purge function.关键词
