缓解视疲劳保健食品视怡片的质量标准研究
Investigation on Quality Standard of Shiyi Health Food Tablets of Relieving Visual Fatigue Function

Abstract
To establish the quality standard of Shiyi tablets which possess the function of relieve visual fatigue.Folium Ginkgo was identified by Thin-Layer Chromatography,the content of quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin were determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography,UV-Visible spectrophotometry was chosen to detect the content of lutein ester.The results showed that the spots were clear and well separated and no interference from the negative control was found.The calibration curve was linear over the concentration rang of 6.23μg/mL-62.34μg/mL,6.32μg/mL-63.28μg/mL,4.18μg/mL-41.82μg/mL.The average recoveries were 98.57％,98.45％ and 98.33％ respectively.Lutein ester concentration of 1.02μg/mL-8.16μg/mL showed a good linear relationship.The method was reliable to control the quality of Shiyi tablets.关键词
