酸性染料比色法测定福王草中总生物碱的含量
Determination of Total Alkaloids in Prenanthes tatarinowii Maxim by Acid Dye Colorimetry
摘要
Abstract
To determine the quantity of total alkaloids in Prenanthes tatarinowii Maxim,which can be used for quality evaluation.Berberine hydrochloride was used as a reference substance.The contents of total alkaloids were determined by acid dye colorimetry.The standard curves ofberberine hydrochloride was linear in the range of 20.20μg/mL-121.2μg/mL(r=0.9996),the average recovery was 99.66％,and RSD was 1.43％.The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of total alkaloids in P tatarinowii Maxim.关键词
