摘要
Abstract
To develop an HPLC method for determining naringin in Qianggushujin granule.Diamonsil C18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used as the stationary phase,the mixture of acetonitrile-0.1％ phosphoric acid (v/v=19 ∶ 81) was served as mobile phase,and its flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The wavelength for detection was 283nm.The linearity range was 0.096μg-0.384μg(r=0.9992).The average recovery was 100.12％(n=5,RSD=1.73％).The method is simple,accuracy and reliable.关键词
