摘要

Abstract

In the present study,the nutrition of balsam pear was determined and analyzed,the bacteriostatic experiment of fresh juice was carried out.The test results show that the balsam pear contain a variety of nutrients,Vc content was 56mg/100g,crude fiber content was 1.35g/100g,were higher than other vegetables.Fresh balsam pear juice had antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli,and the antibacterial effect of S.aureus than E.coli,the more concentration of fresh balsam pear juice,the more obvious antibacterial effect.
