超声波法提取铁苋菜不同部位生物碱的研究
Ultrasonic Extraction of Iron Amaranth Study of the Different Parts of the Alkaloids

Abstract
This test is to iron amaranth as raw material,using the ultrasonic extraction method,extraction power,extraction time,extraction temperature three factors,explore suitable extraction process by orthogonal test method,and the iron amaranth alkaloids from different parts of the quantitative analysis.The results showed that iron amaranth optimum extraction technology of alkaloids are as follows:extraction of power is 100W,the extraction time for 30 min,temperature 100℃,under the condition of the iron amaranth alkaloids in root,stem and leaf extraction yield of 0.239%,0.289% and 0.326%.关键词
