Research Progresses on Blueberry of Phytochemical Constituents

Abstract
Blueberry has recently become recognized as one of foremost nut-ritional foods,which is associated with the high anthcyanidin contents and other constituents including flavonol and glycosides,phenolic acids and so on.The contents of 15 anthcyanidins,20 flavonol and glycosides,19 phenolic acids,6 procyanidins,5 sugars,12 organic acids and 67 volatile aroma were determined in blueberries so far.A mini review of phytochemical constituents relevant to research on blueberry in recent years is made.关键词
