内插矩形翼纵向涡发生器的强化传热圆管性能分析
Analysis of Performance of Heat Transfer Enhanced Circular Tube with Rectangular Wings Longitudinal Vortex Generator

Abstract
The heat transfer,resistance performance and the value of performance evaluation criterion (PEC) of the circular tube with rectangle wings longitudinal vortex generators at different wing angle (α) were studied by 3D numerical simulation.The mechanisms of flow and heat transfer were analyzed.The results show that the Nusselt numbers Nu and the friction factors f of the enhanced circular tube are higher than those of the plain tube in the studied range.As compared with the plain tube,the Nusselt numbers Nu of the enhanced circular tube is increased by 68 % ~ 147.8 % and the friction factor f of the enhanced circular tube is increased by 159.7% ~ 1 437.9%;The Nusselt number Nu and the friction factor f are consistently increased while the value of performance evaluation criterion PEC is consistently decreased with increasing wing angle.关键词
