摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the existing problems of the detection methods of key smelting parameters of submerged arc furnaces(SAF) in the past,a new non-contact magnetic field array detection method is proposed.According to the circuit structure of SAF and relative theory of electromagnetic field,a SAF magnetic field model is established,and the three-dimension magnetic field array measurement system is designed and developed.By the magnetic field distribution information outside of the SAF,the current distribution characteristics in the furnace can be described,then the key smelting parameters are obtained.The field experimental results show that the data collected by the magnetic field array measurement system can reflect the key smelting parameters including the position of electrode tip,the length of electric arc.
