基于QFD理论的高校课堂教学质量定量分析研究
Quantitative Analysis of Classroom Teaching Quality Based on QFD

Abstract
Classroom teaching is the main factor to determine the teaching quality in colleges and universities.This paper applies quality function deployment (QFD) to the study of classroom teaching quality in colleges and universities and transforms the students' need into classroom teaching quality.Through the questionnaire survey and data collection,the author extracts and analyzes the students' need and quality requirements of classroom teaching.The factor analysis method is adopted to determine the importance of students' need and Grey correlation degree analysis is used to determine the relationship matrix between the students' need and classroom teaching quality and further to determine the importance of classroom teaching quality.Based on the above methods,this paper constructs a house of quality of "students' need-classroom teaching",assessing classroom teaching quality and analyzing its problems,in order to achieve the scientific management of classroom teaching and improve the teaching quality.关键词
