Research on Establishing Interdisciplinary Reading Mode for English Majors
摘要
Abstract
It is indispensable for foreign language students to spend as much time as possible on extensive reading,which not only plays an important role in acquiring language skills,but also contributes to widening their view and cultivating a critical thinking.This paper,supported by a large volume of research statistics,presents the current reading situation of English major students in Hunan University of Science and Technology.It also conducts an experiment to identify the relation between participating in academic research and the establishment of interdisciplinary reading model.The main purpose of this paper is to give English majors some advice to build up the interdisciplinary reading model in accordance with research result.关键词
