高校辅导员职业化、专业化建设实证研究分析——以陕西地方高校为例
The Study of Shaanxi Local College Counselors' Specialized Construction

Abstract
The survey of college counselors' specialized construction in 18 colleges of Shaanxi was conducted and the current situation was analyzed.The survey showed that although the access system of college counselors was clearly,it's lack of specification;the work content was clear,but it's lack of systematic modes;the requirement of innovation ability was higher but it's lack of scientific research atmosphere;there was the chance to be promoted but it's rare.So,we should protect the legitimacy of the work of the college counselors through the construction of laws and regulations at the macro level,protect the sustainable development of the college counselors' occupation through systematic construction at middle level,and protect the effectiveness of the work of college counselors through perfecting the evaluation system at the micro level.Only in this way can we strengthen professionalization and specialization of college counselors,and then prove educational level and working ability of the college counselors.关键词
