Intelligent weighing sensor self-correction based on curve fitting
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of intelligent sensor self-correction,correction model of intelligent sensor correction engine based on IEEE1451 is built,the correction formula form is optimized,and the fundamental of the curve fitting is elaborated.And then taking weighing sensor as an example,its operational principle is described,and the reason of error is analyzed.Based on the theory of curve fitting,the non-linear correction is performed.According to the experimental data,the coefficients of the correction engine polynomial are figured out.A comparison is made between the weight calibration value and the output correction value,with the voltage being put into the correction formula.The experimental results show that using the correction engine to correct the weighing sensor improves the situation of zero drift,and it realizes the linearization between the input and output of the weighing sensor.关键词
