Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression and prognostic value of Galectin-3 and P27 protein in precancerous lesions.Methods:Ninety patients with precancerous lesions admitted in the hospital from January 2015 to July 2016 were enrolled in this study.Ninety patients with normal control were enrolled.The expressions of Galectin-3 and P27 protein in the precancerous lesions were analyzed by immunohistochemistry and the expression of Galectin-3 and P27 protein in the patients with precancerous lesions were analyzed.Results:The positive rate of Galectin-3 was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).The positive rate of P27 protein in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05);Galectin-3 immunohistochemical staining The positive expression of P27 protein was relatively high,but the positive expression of P27 protein was relatively high.The positive expression of Galectin-3 protein was relatively lower and the expression of P27 protein was lower.Conclusion:Galectin-3 and P27 protein levels are ideal for the detection of precancerous lesion.Galectin-3 may play a role in precancerous lesions.The low expression of P27 may be related to tumorigenesis and progression,which need further study and validation.关键词
