摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore peripheral mechanisms of post-effect of acupuncture analgesia by simulation acupuncture in AA rats from endogenous opioid system.Methods:The impact of foreign-derived β-endorphin (β-EP) system were observed by inflammatory pain models of AA rats.Results:The pain threshold,β-EP content and genetic expression of pro-opiomelanocortin (POMC) mRNA increased,which lasted 72 hours,after one acupuncture treatment.Conclusion:The post-effect of acupuncture analgesia associated with β -EP content and genetic expression of POMC mRNA increased in inflammatory topical.
