高血压左室构型正常患者室间隔底部改变的超声诊断价值

Abstract
Objective:To explore the pars basilaris interventricular septal change in patients with hypertension and non left ventricular remodeling and its clinical value.Methods:A total of 500 hypertension patients with non left ventricular remodeling (HT group) and 300 cases of healthy volunteers(control group) were chosen in the research.Echocardiography is applied to measure the thickness of pars basilaris interventricular septum and to determine the ratio between the thickness of interventricular septum basal parts and ventrieular septal,the continuation relation between interventricular septum and the ascending aorta wall.Results:For hypertension patients,base thickness of ventricular septal is (10.20± 0.88) mm,ventricular septal thickness of base/middle part is (1.04±0.14),the area under the ROC curve(AUC) are 81.9(95％CI:0.761-0.903)and 87.1(95％CI:0.771 0.943).The base thickness of ventricular septal and ventricular septal thickness of base/middle part of the control groupe is (8.01± 0.91) mm and (0.84 ± 0.13).There is continuation anomaly between the interventricular septum and the ascending aorta wall.Compared with the control group,there were significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:For hypertension patients with normal left ventricular remodeling,the change of interventricular septum basal parts is the early manifestation or another pattern of manifestation of abnormal left ventricular configuration of high blood pressure.It has a significant effect on clinical intervention of high blood pressure.关键词
