Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of distal medial tibial locking plate in mini-invasive surgical operation of the distal tibia and fibula closed fractures. Methods:From January 2010 to January 2015,the patients with closed tibia and fibula fracture were divided into two groups, the minimally invasive group was 36 cases, which 16 cases of male and 20 female patients, ranging from 18 to 75 years, average of 40.2 years old, crushing fractures in 19 cases and simple fracture in 17 cases. The control group is 35 cases, which is 17 male and 18 female, ranging from 20 to 78 years old, with an average age of 39.1,crushing fracture 20 cases and simple fracture 15 cases. The minimally invasive group is making minimally invasive surgical treatment with distal medial tibial locking plate. The control group were treated by open reduction of tibial anterior lateral locking plate or common compression plate fixation for the treatment.Compared two groups of patients with operation bleeding volume, length of incision, fracture healing and bone healing time, incision Class-A healing rate, complication, the excellent and good rate of the function of ankle joint. Results:Two groups of patients with incision length, operation time, fracture clinical healing time, incision seam rate and total complication cases are statistically significant differences. The excellent rate of the ankle function differences have statistical significance. Conclusion:The minimally invasive surgical treatment of distal tibial locking plate is an effective method in the treatment of closed fracture of tibia and fibula. It has the advantages of less trauma, shorter healing time and less complications.关键词
