疏水性SBA-15-SO3H介孔固体酸催化合成偏苯三酸三辛酯
Catalyzed synthesis of trioctyl trimellitate byhydrophobic mesoporous SBA-15-SO3H solid acid

Abstract
The hydrophobic mesoporous SBA-15-SO3H solid acid(C8H17-SBA-15-SO3H) are prepared via post-synthesis by using SBA-15,γ-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane and n-octyltrimethoxysilane as materials.The structure and acid strength are characterized by XRD,TEM,N2 adsorption-desorption and NH3-TPD.The catalytic activity of C8H17-SBA-15-SO3H is better than SBA-15-SO3H in the esterification of trioctyl trimellitate.The results of orthogonal experiment show that the esterification yield of trioctyl trimellitate is 97.4% when n(trimellitic anhydride)∶n(2-ethyl hexylalcohol)=1∶4,the mass of C8H17-SBA-15-SO3H is 4% of total mass,the reaction time is 5 h and reaction temperature is 210 ℃.The esterification yield is 92.2% when the catalyst is reused 8 times.关键词
