基于纳米金表面等离子体共振光散射法测定视黄醇结合蛋白
Plasmon resonance light scattering spectral assayof retinol binding protein based on gold nanoparticles
摘要
Abstract
Gold spheres of 12 nm prepared by reduction of sodium citrate are attached to retinol binding protein(anti-RBP).In pH=5.29 KH2PO4-Na2HPO4 buffer,the immune reaction between gold-labeled anti-RBP and retinol binding protein(RBP) is carried out,and the resonance light scattering intensity of 620 nm is increased significantly.ΔI620nm has a good linear relationship with concentration of RBP in 0.01-60 ng·mL-1,and the detection limits of RBP is 0.02 ng·mL-1.So it is a simple and sensitive method for the quantitative detecting of RBP in the clinical diagnosis with good results.关键词
