Design of a tile-type active phased-array antenna in Ka-band
摘要
Abstract
Since the active phased-array antenna is difficult to design the tile-type structure due to the small element spa-cing and high integration in Ka-band,a design method of the tile-type active phased-array antenna in Ka-band is proposed. The multi-functional integrated chip technology is used to design the tile-type T/R module. The overall architecture of the tile-type ac-tive phased-array antenna is designed in modularization. An active phased-array antenna with a function of electronic control scanning was designed. The software simulation and numerical analysis are used to design and manufacture a principle prototype. The performance index of the antenna was tested to verify the feasibility of the method.关键词
