摘要

Abstract

To satisfy the test requirement of the membrane material bubble point,a new bubble point tester was designed. The tester takes STM32F107 as the core,includes the modules of keyboard input,LCD display,motor driving,A/D conversion and printer driving. The tester can perform the PID closed-loop feedback control for the gas pressure and flux in the bubble point testing process,and send the collected data to the upper machine in real time for data display and processing. The experi-mental results show that the tester can test the bubble point of the filtering membrane material accurately,and work stably and reliably .
