Rolling bearing fault real-time diagnosis based on embedded system
摘要
Abstract
Since the traditional fault diagnosis method has low accuracy and poor real-time performance,the fault real-time diagnosis system was designed and optimized in embedded system environment. The overall design of the rolling bearing fault de-tector is performed. The system is composed of the hardware system and software system. The whole hardware module is com-posed of the sensor system,A/D acquisition module,ARM master control system module,control display module and power sup-ply system. The software of the fault diagnosis system is developed in the embedded system taking ARM as the core. The system was debugged. The experimental results show that the fault diagnosis system has high accuracy of the rolling bearing fault real-time detection.关键词
