摘要
Abstract
At present,there is the risk of excessive application as for civil procuratorial supervision system.There are some problems concerning the starting of this system and its range and its procedure.We should persist in modest and restrained principle of civil procuratorial supervision system,clear its key range,perfect the procedure of civil procuratorial suggestion and increase investment,etc.On the one hand,we should give play to the function of civil procuratorial supervision system;On the other hand,we should guarantee the modest and restrained principle,to keep balance between parties' equal status and judicial fairness.关键词
