Abstract
Esterase isozyme(KST) of flue-cured tobacco seeds from ten cultivars were determined by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE).The EST electrophoretogram of each variety could be distinguished from the others.The results showed that PAGE-gram of seed EST could be used for identifying flue-cured tobacco cultivars.关键词
