摘要

Abstract

The microstructure,micro-hardness and corrosion properties of SAF2507 duplex stainless steel joint with different heat input was studied.Welding heat input was controlled by five different TIG welding current parameters.The results show that the maximum of austenite proportion and micro-hardness and the best corrosion resistance occurs when the welding heat input is 8.6 kJ · cm-1.Ladder hardness test shows that the more welding heat input,the wider heat affected zone is.
