Abstract
By taking the way of numerical simulation,and on the basis of oil cooler with fiat fins,a new type of dimpled fin is proposed.Focus on the effect of dimpled fin surfaces about the heat transfer enhancement,then make a comprehensive evaluation from the angles of its' velocity field,temperature field,the local Nusselt number,the equivalent heat resistance and field synergy.The results show that:Within a certain range of Re,the heat transfer performance of dimpled fin compared with that of fiat fin is increased by 26.6% ~31%,and the resistance factor increased by 10.3% ~ 17.2%,the dimpled fin can effectively improve the synergy degree of temperature and velocity field,it have some reference value for future en gineering applications and theoretical study of dimpled fins.关键词
