Abstract
The finite element model of thin tube-sheet heat exchangers is established for the temperature field analysis and the stress field analysis,which has asymmetrical tube layout.The result shows that the asymmetrical tube layout has not obvious influence on the temperature field of the thin tube sheet.The temperature variation of the thin tube-sheet shows a linear distribution along the thickness and there is not large temperature gradient.However,the asymmetry has a significant influence on the stress field of the thin tube sheet.The stress and deformation in non perforated region are obviously higher than them in perforated region.There exists significant difference between them.Otherwise under the combined effect of temperature load and pressure load,the high stress of the thin tube-sheet is mainly located in the inner surface of the circular arc zone,which is connected with the thin tube-sheet and the shell.The stress intensity value has the asymmetrical characteristic.关键词
