摘要

Abstract

The analysis method for relief valve fire of LNG full containment tanks was proposed based on the heat radiation theory and bearing capacity evaluation of concrete structures.First the thermal analysis model including fire heat radiation was established by ANSYS.Based on the FE model,the temperature variation tendency of LNG tank in the case of relief valve fire lasting 6 hours were obtained through transient heat transfer method.Then the thermal results acted as the temperature boundary conditions were applied to the structural analysis model by thermal-structural coupling method,and the mechanical results in fire condition were calculated.Finally,the bearing capacity of roof structure and the stresses of the pres tressing tendons in the case of relief valve fire were verified.The results show that the temperature of roof outer increases rapidly because of the relief valve fire,and part of the concrete structure splited due to the high temperature,but the overall structure of LNG tank can meet the safety requirements.
