摘要

Abstract

Titanium-steel composite plates are increasingly used in pressure vessels and other fields due to the excellent corrosion resistance of titanium and the low coat of steel.In order to promote the standardization of titanium-steel composite plate production,the mechanisms of explosive welding,explosion + roiling and vacuum rolling have been analyzed comprehensively.With the manufacturing process and technical parameters compared,the advantages and the limitations of these technologies have been obtained.The analyses point differences of interfaces and properties of three manufacturing technologies.Meanwhile,the properties of three kinds of composite plates have been tested.The results indicate that the explosive welding composite plate is applied to high pressure and ultra-high pressure vessel,the explosive.+ rolling composite plate is applied to medium and high pressure vessel and the vacuum rolling composite plate is applied to low pressure vessel.
