摘要

Abstract

Nuclear reactor pressure vessel Ω weld is one way of the pressure boundary seal weld.Accord ing to the regulation of RCC-M,it need to welding procedure qualification welding technology to implement welding.Due to the implementation of the welding time interval is longer,the welding can't use the last welding process.So,every time before welding Ω weld must to carry out welding procedure qualifica tion.According to the requirements of the RCC-M,the mechanical properties of specimens should be used with the parent metal material plate specimen instead of the same category.This paper mainly studies plate specimen is not same as the parent metal workpiece heat treatment method for welding procedure qualification test.Investigate whether the plate specimens shall be carried out prior to welding heat treatment gain,and do the related experiment.
