浅谈我院医疗器械供应链的标准化管理
Discussion on the Standardized Management of Medical Devices Supply Chain in Our Hospital

Abstract
Safe use of medical devices is one of the important problems of medical institutions managers are concerned about, there needs to have systematic management as a guarantee. From the level of supply chain and standardization to management medical devices, is worth exploring management starting point. This paper defined medical devices supply chain in hospitals and set forth its management objectives. The implementation of standards in medical devices supply chain was analyzed, and the standardized system and its key factors were also designed in the research. Based on that, the paper elaborated that the standard operating procedure was an effective approach to realizing the standardized management of medical devices supply chain in hospitals.关键词
