盐旱交叉胁迫对商麦5226幼苗光合指标的影响
Effects of Salt and Drought stress on Photosynthetic Indexes of Shangmai 5226 Wheat Seedlings
摘要
Abstract
Chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration were measured and analyzed in wheat 5226 seedlings under salt stress and drought stress.The results show that,with the salt and drought intercross stress degree aggravating,chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate rised first,then decreased,and the intercellular CO2 concentration rised.Under intercross stress of drought and salt,the wheat seedlings showed cross adaptability,and 1% NaCl and 10% PEG-6000 concentration was the optimal concentration for Shangmai 5226 grown under the adversity condition of salt and drought stress.关键词
