奥氏体化加热温度对钼硼高强钢组织与硬度的影响
Influence of austenitizing temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of boron and molybdenum steel
摘要
Abstract
The microstructure and hardness of 22MoB high-strength steel under different cooling rate are studied after heated at 805, 900 and 1100 ℃. The results show that 1. The microstructure become coarse with the increase of heating temperature. 2. Full martensite microstructure in the samples under different heating temperature can be obtained when the cooling rate exceeds 30 ℃/s, while mixture structure of ferrite and bainite is obtained when the cooling rate is less than 30℃/s.3.A U type component is hot stamped after heated at 900 ℃, the mechanical properties meet the requirement of hot stamping component for automobile.关键词
