风力发电接入配电网的电动汽车充电控制研究
Research on electric vehicle charging control of wind power generation accessing to distribution network

Abstract
Electric vehicles access to the distribution network with wind generation will have impacts on the system, such as the increasing of system peak load, the increasing of system loss, fluctuation of node voltage and so on. This will affect the electricity stable of users, the people' s production and life will be affected Seriously.In order to reduce the impact of electric vehicle access, first of all, analyzed the electric vehicle charging model and wind power generation model. Then there are 48 identical periods divided by 24 hours, based on time-sharing price, a multi-objective optimization model for coordination control of PHEV and DG is established, in which the minimum power loss ratio, smoothing the fluctuation of voltage and the load fluctuation and the lowest service cost of EV owners are taken as the objectives.Finally, the model is analyzed by NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm in IEEE 33 system.The results show that the proposed algorithm can not only effectively reduce the adverse effects on the grid generated, but also to take into account the economic interests of the users of electric vehicles.关键词
